“I called right when they opened and 45 minutes later they arrived with my food. It was delivered hot and fresh. I ordered 2 lunch specials. My two toddlers and I gobbled it up and there were still enough leftovers to feed us all dinner and lite lunch the next day. I would say there are 3-4 reasonable portions per lunch special or 2 "american" portions. Chinese food is chinese food, but the service and freshness make a difference. I saved this as a favorite. I didn't get the msg sweats after eating the egg drop soup which is great!”

“I go to this Panera very often, and I have been since about 2003. I find the staff to be super friendly (they know me on a first-name basis). The environment is perfect for a quiet start to your morning, or a relaxed lunch perhaps with colleagues or friends, or of course dinner or a semi-late night snack. The restaurant is always clean, as are the restrooms, and the outdoor seating is great. I've seen many friends here (sometimes by coincidence) and it's really a fresh environment for people of all ages. I'm a very picky eater, and Panera's selection and health choices cater to my tastes perfectly. I like a lot of their sandwiches and especially the pastries. I cannot remember a single occasion where they messed up my order, and it's always reasonably fast (they do get busy often but they are very efficient). I'll always be going to this Panera for a great meal. Huge thank you to the super friendly staff and the manager.”

Never as crazy busy inside as other fast-food chains. However, the drive threw does fill up. Better to eat inside here or you will have a wait. Prices are good and service is quick. “I had just come the hospital and had received the bad news l have oral cancer. I hadn't eaten in three days. I made a mistake on what I thought the price should have been. I was very upset and I was pretty rude to Vince one of the Managers. He apologized without a bit of sarcasm. I went and sat down and was trying to decide what I could eat. Vince came to my table and apologized again. He told me some of the deals they had going at the time. I apologized to him for my bad attitude and explained what was going on. He brought the food to my table and asked if I needed to talk. He sat down and gave me some excellent advice and made me feel better. Vince is an asset to your company. He would be an asset to any company. I left feeling like I used to when I visited McDonald's years ago. This man went above and beyond his job description to help a fellow human being out.
