“The service is what makes this restaurant so great, our waitress was Vicki B One of the best waitresses I’ve ever had she was fantastic she went above, and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed at the restaurant I cannot say enough about her she deserves all the recognization. The Appetizer firecracker shrimp was fantastic definitely a must if you come to Houlihan’s. Burger and fries are worth trying as well. The meals are priced high but you do get a large portion of food. The atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic, clean and updated. If there’s any reason to come here it would be because of the service, and the Quality of food that you get here. It definitely deserves five stars because of Vicki B.”

“Wonderful food and service but I want to talk about what made this place really stand out to me. We visited on Christmas Eve. We're four hours away from home and we got about a half hour away when we realized that we left one of our party's bag of life saving medical bag inside. We started to panic upon seeing they were closed. I called the local police station and we got a hold of someone who could get ahold of the store manager. The store manager agreed to meet us at the restaurant. On Christmas Eve when everyone wants to be home with their families we had a police officer and a store manager meet us to help keep my very best friend and one of the most important people in my life out of the hospital. Thank you so much to everyone involved.”

“So. Been to their other steakhouse in Springfield (downtown). Equally as good. They do a nice job with steaks, have fantastic wines (try their Spanish reds.... surprising, really) and aren't afraid to season their sides and apps. Very appealing and fair pricing.... plan to spend 75$ plus to really enjoy. Nice to keep money in town and avoid the chains, too.”

“Sugarfire is fantastic! I love their specials and a couple of my favorites are the pig muddy, their sliders and then my husband got my hooked on the mongo burger! Each time I visit here the food is great and made to order. They even have great kids meal options even for the grilled cheese eater in your family. “Today Cheddar's didn't live up to expectations. And I'll also just say that my visit to this Cheddar's in Springfield, Mo. didn't compare to a recent visit at another Cheddar's location in another town. The order that was brought out didn't have all the items that we had ordered. When it was pointed out that the steak and shrimp I had ordered with two sides was missing the shrimp they said it be right out. The girl said she had made a mistake and I wouldn't be charged for the shrimp. That's all good then but not quite. The steak was hardly seasoned and actually tasted like liver with the grilled onions. The vegetables were barely warm, like they sat on the plate a few minutes before being brought out. Overall we were very disappointed, probably because we had been planning this visit for a couple of weeks. The Cheddar's visit was part of our trip to Springfield for the day and based on our past experiences at other Cheddar's we really looked forward to eating here this day. So the meal was the low point of the visit, but the waitress with the long fake red hair, she's a keeper and I enjoyed our interactions. She was very nice as was the other employees there. The restaurant is clean, they do keep the patrons socially distanced and wear proper protective face coverings. The restrooms are clean and the place is handicap accessible inside and out. Parking is free but it was challenging to find an open spot in the midday rush.”

“Normally, this McAlister's location does a pretty good job, both in store and for pickup. Today, I ordered on the app and then picked up my order inside. I requested a dressing/spread on my sandwich that's not normally on it, which, while it was on the receipt, was not put on my sandwich. Additionally, the meat was very fatty. I'd estimate 1/8 to 1/4 of the meat was fat, which I was unable to eat (please note, I understand that meat will have fat on it. That's fine. The quantity on my sandwich was excessive). The sandwich was put together sloppy - half the meat was hanging outside the bread, so I had to essentially reassemble my sandwich when I got it. My other items were as ordered. I was very disappointed with my order today. Normally they do fine, maybe some sloppy sandwiches occasionally, but today was a total bust.”
