I wanted to give them one star but the sandwich I ordered was really good. This is only the second time in my life I've eaten at this chain. The bagel part of the sandwich was fresh. “The employees sought out to get me the best deal for what my family wanted. 1 of my kids wanted 5 fish the other wanted 5 chicken. It was going to be 23$ for just that then the employees said wait we can do better for you give me a sec. Then came back with a deal for exactly what we wanted without side for 13$. Needless to say they did a smashing job with helping accommodate my family's needs. So yes I will continue to come back here to this location for my family's cravings for fish & chicken. “Yes Yes and Yes!! Stopped by for lunch today having never been here before and in the mood for a meat sandwich. The guy at the counter who helped me was extremely polite and explained the menu and special of the day and even went so far as to describe the different meats used in the Chicago vs the Italian. Gotta love good polite and helpful service! I opted for the Italian with hot peppers and man I didn’t want the sandwich to end!! It was so ridiculously good part of me wants to go back for dinner and try another! Great spiciness and a hearty portion of meat made for a phenomenal sandwich. I also got fries but they didn’t make the trip home for me to take a picture of. However it was a sandwich bag size order of fries that were crispy and thick just how I love em. Honestly I don’t think it’s possible to find a meal of this size that will make your taste buds jump for joy for under $15 anywhere in the city. Great experience great food, highly recommended.”
