Fazoli's

Came during phase 1 of COVID-19 return aside from the fact they remodeled they were separating tables with closed and covered tables. They had clear direction and places to stand in line with tables separating the customers from the cashier. Oh and a sign up sheet for if someone is infected you could be contacted if you were there during that time.

Hello My name is Henry Jones and I was on vacation last week and decided to have lunch at Fazolis in independence. I had the twice baked lasagna with the pizza slice combo with extra garlic bread. The meal did not disappoint, the food was hot, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and service was prompt. The Gm Julie does an excellent job with the crew and restaurant. Thank you so much for a great visit.

I loved the atmosphere and politeness of the entire staff! Especially Alex, who brought my food to me and made my day a little brighter. The food was delicious and got to me quickly. Thanks, guys. Excellent job, keep up the good work! You're now my favorite store on my rewards app!!

I love Italian food and when out running errands I often don't like fast foods. I generally eat my "dinner" around 4:00 so if my errands run into my Dinner time I will go to Fazoli's. I then get my Italian fix.????

There has obviously been a management change - for the better! Service was excellent. We never wanted for bread sticks. Had to wait on pizza and lasagna, but we were informed they were still cooking. When they were served, they were piping hot, fresh out of the oven. Several times we were asked if everything was satisfactory and if we needed anything else. A total transformation from previous management. Will go again soon!
