    I am not sure who the hiring manager is here but they must have an eye for the kindest souls in Kansas City! I find myself walking in not only for hands down the best pretzels, but because I know I’ll walk out with a huge smile on my face! We talk repeatedly about how nice everyone here is and we joke that we go in to see our friends lol. Overall would drive to this location over and over again no matter which location is closest.

    Woman behind the desk was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. Food was very fresh taste great and was ready to go quickly. I was picking up an Uber eats order and stuff looks so good I decided to get myself something I didn’t even know that they gave a 15% discount to delivery drivers. Even better is I didn’t have to ask for discount she automatically gave it to me. Highly recommended great experience.

    The ladies in this place are always friendly! Walking inside to friendly workers greeting always make the services better. I tried to tip, but they were not able to take it... THESE LADIES DESERVES TIPS!
