Lonnie’s Reno Club

Lonnie McFadden is an incredible entertainer! The ambiance and spirit of the space were wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the presentation. The waitstaff were delightful! Although slightly pricey the dinner and show were worth every penny!!

This is a special place. Think about the supper clubs during the prohibition era and transport that to today. Fantastic food. Excellent service and the entertainment is phenomenal. Don’t miss the beef Wellington. Save up your calories for the day and enjoy. My friend had just reached remission and the whole staff made her feel special.

Absolutely fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Lonnie is simply the best performer I have ever seen, he creates a truly electric and jubilant atmosphere.

Lonnie’s show alone would be worth the price of entry (not to mention complimentary champagne at the door). On top of that, the three course dinner was very good. Both my wife and I got different courses and all 6 offerings were deliciously prepared.

The speakeasy-era cocktails were on-point and there knowledgeable wait staff were readily available to explain some of the more nuanced menu options. Speaking of the wait staff, the service was great!

If you’re a jazz fan, this show is a must-see. If you’re not a jazz fan… it’s still a must-see! I think Lonnie’s performance transcends genres.

What a great evening by a class Song and Dance Man. The combination of music, story telling and dance by Lonnie leave you amazed. He sings and plays the trumpet (along with his very talented band of jazz musicians!) and tap dances for three hours…during the one 20 minute break he came to each table and thanked us for being there! The club ambiance is comfortable and intimate. The food is top notch and service outstanding. The stories he tells throughout the evening are personal and provide a glimpse into KC music history. Do yourself and a group of friends a favor and enjoy. Great for an Anniversary, Birthday or other special occasion.

Wow!!! What a great experience! We went here for my husband's birthday and had such a great time. Lonnie is an amazing performer, the band was extremely talented, and the food was very good. His daughter also performed and that was lovely. We had the beef wellington and it was delicious. They start you off with a complimentary champagne cocktail. This is a great for a date night, anniversary, or birthday. It's a very fun atmosphere and the food is gradually brought out and paced well with the show.
