(May 23, 2020, 5:38 pm)Winstead was just like I remember. The dining area features old world charm (teal colored booths), jukebox, and great service. My server was adorned with a luxurious cloth face mask and a disarming smile. My 3 buttermilk pancakes were light and fluffy. The ham seared just so! The coffee was strong and black. Wouldn't you agree that makes for a fine dining experience? The booths were clearly labeled to adhere to social distancing requirements. Did I mention the convenience of this location, at the East edge of the #CountryCluPlaza!

The taste brings back so many great memories...
The french fries were absolutely fabulous because the oil that is was fried in was fresh and clean. Fries came out perfectly brown, not soggy or over cooked.
Will be back as soon as possible....

(December 15, 2019, 12:16 am)Fantastic place! Be prepared to wait though, and if you do make sure your group is all there or you won’t be seated. The food is fantastic, we got the burgers, fries and onion rings. You HAVE to get the skyscraper shake, we almost didn’t finish it with the four of us but we did. Will be back soon!
