I love the layout and design of this newer location. We've been twice, and the hosts and waitstaff have been great. The wait times for breakfast/lunch food has been crazy long, though. An employee told us they're severely understaffed in the kitchen, but the managers insist on packing patrons in at every opportunity. A 20 minute wait for an omelet and french toast is acceptable; a 20 minute wait before anyone can even take your order because the kitchen's so backed up isn't.

First Watch is on my list of favorite restaurants. I tried this newly opened facility with my daughter and we had an excellent experience. The food was great and our server did an excellent job.

A heads-up for everyone that is headed to this particular location. The entrance to the parking lot is a bit tricky. You have to go to the west side of the building and then drive down the north side to get to the entrance which faces east.

"Well..." (**said with mild disgust in myself for never trying First Watch until now**).

The food here was delicious, the service excellent, and the vibe outstanding. This is in part because it's brand new, but also because of the upscale retail strip it's in.

The menu isn't overwhelming and has a good variety of healthy and American diner flare. I'm the weirdo who walks around to see what other people are eating. It used to embarrass my wife, but I only ask if it looks great. I've been doing this for years and have yet to this day had anyone look at me strange because I asked them about their food.

People are genuinely happy, for the most part excited to tell you about the dish they've ordered, especially if they like it! It's only creepy if you make it that way... I think, LOL! When I looked around today, all of what I saw looked great and everyone seemed to be enjoying the food.

This is the only location I've been to and you should definitely give it a try for breakfast or lunch.

I did get the "Morning Meditation" to go, which is orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar, and beat. There's also the Watermelon Wake-Up, which is, you guessed it, watermelon, pineapple, lime and mint... next time.

Way to go First Watch! I hope you're around for a very long time. See you soon.

Food and service were wonderful. My only complaint was that the bacon had been reheated and had that "I was once nice and crispy but I was made hours ago and I may or may not have been microwaved to be reheated" texture. Other than that the eggs were perfect, toast and jam delicious, and potatoes were crisp and tasty. The staff was very friendly and cofee was good. It's a great breakfast/brunch destination!

I had the shrimp and grits. The grits had a creamy Parmesan flavor. It was all quite good. The wait staff is exceptional. My husband had an omelette which he loved as well. We were there at noon on a Tuesday, and I couldn't believe how busy it was. They still had a few tables left to see people so we didn't have to wait. This is a breakfast lunch place and closes at 2:30 p.m. . Just FYI
