Young man on the slicer had to ask me FIVE times what my 3 subs were, didn't know how to properly handle the knife and I waited 15 minutes for him to slice 3 subs. I was the only person in the store. Was just sad to see, JMs is supposed to be quality in every aspect, from employees down to the bite.”

“So this was our first time having Marcos Pizza and I got to say it was a hit. Ordered online with a projected 6:10 ready time. Showed up on time and pizza was ready as expected. They were busy too, opening day for this location, but they seemed to be handling it all in stride. Got it home and it was hot and most tasty, better than some of the other pizza chains we've had around here. Convenient location. We will be back.”

“I eat at subways all over town but this is the best in the state or maybe even the country. The people there are so nice and wonderful to deal with. I eat there enough that they know what I want when I come in. We have had the deli trays from different subways over the years, We had this subway make our tray this year for a Christmas party and I have to tell you we did not get enough they were so good everyone wanted more. There bread isn't all smashed and hard its fresh all the time. I happen to love the sliders but my family likes a variety of different styles. We have never had a bad one. Keep up the great service you have been giving and before long you'll be so busy you'll have to get more help. Did I say I love this place well I o.”

Everything we had was pleasantly authentic Italian... from homemade fresh pasta, the Alfredo sauce was more creamy than cheesy, meatballs tasted fresh made, not reheated from frozen, and my chicken piccata (what’s left of it is pictured below) was delicious. It’s nicer inside that I would have thought from the outside (being in a strip mall) and the wait staff and kitchen folks were very polite, solicitous and quick. Last thing: homemade yeasty, garlicky rolls. HEAVEN.”

Nestled in the heart of historic downtown Lee Summit the interior is on point with lots of nostalgia. Lunch specials are my favorite. You can get two slices or a slice and salad for like $6. They also have a full bar so that’s a huge bonus. All and all you can’t beat it in Lee Summit.”

First he called me after I placed my order to confirm I wanted red sauce rather than oil on my half of the pizza (totally didn’t cross my mind that the toppings I picked wouldn’t mesh as well with the original sauce), THEN he was the sweetest when we were running late to pick up our pizzas at the end of the night right before closing. Also, he hooked us up with some amazing salads. Justin is quite literally the best! Long story short, Justin deserves a raise!!!”
