Young man on the slicer had to ask me FIVE times what my 3 subs were, didn't know how to properly handle the knife and I waited 15 minutes for him to slice 3 subs. I was the only person in the store. “Tuckaway just north of the city in a beautiful brick building, Happy Gillis is a delightful, small breakfast joint. Went there on Saturday morning wasn’t too busy. I ordered two eggs toast bacon and split an order of biscuits and gravy with my sister. Gravy was half sausage and half mushroom, I think I like the mushroom best. “UNREAL!! We had the meat and potatoes skillet, burnt ends French dip, a caramel pecan sticky bun, and coffees. Stupid. Insane. IMPOSSIBLY GOOD!! The music is great, the staff are friendly, the coffee is really fresh and delicious... even the bathrooms are great haha! But the real kicker was thee French dip. The meat was SO TENDER. Really glad for the experience, and will definitely be back soon!”

“So this was our first time having Marcos Pizza and I got to say it was a hit. Ordered online with a projected 6:10 ready time. Showed up on time and pizza was ready as expected. They were busy too, opening day for this location, but they seemed to be handling it all in stride. Got it home and it was hot and most tasty, better than some of the other pizza chains we've had around here. Convenient location. We will be back.”

“Very busy, but staff prepares the food quickly. Eat inside, eat outside, or take out. Food was really good. I loved their slightly sweet Cole slaw on my pulled pork sandwich, but a lady we shared a large corner booth with (this couple was so gracious to let my husband, our two granddaughters, and me share the very large table with them -socially distanced of course!) said she didn't care for it though she did say she was a picky eater. The sweet potato fries were excellent and so was the corn flake coated fried chicken sandwich our granddaughter had. She chose the spicy version! Great place for a quick but good bite to eat!”

“I LOVE subway. This place is like heaven for people who really want good food at a decent price. This isn’t like McDonald’s with the low food quality, the food is GREAT it has similar prices and is just as accessible you’re looking for a good bang for you’re buck you should eat here. They have this Italian sauce dressing stuff that is to DIE FOR. If you come here there are a few things you should know, ONE: have Provolone, it’s the easiest to pull apart with gloves TWO: don’t steal, these people have better things to do than to deal with thieves THREE: there isn’t a “manager” there are only two people at a store at a time FOUR: no meatball on flatbread? That’s pretty much it, other than the fact that this place is EPIC! have a good time, enjoy your food and show it off with PRIDE. PS. Did I mention that this is real cheap? I’m in HS and this is affordable to me. In context, one time I spent more that 40$ on groceries and my bank thought my card was stolen. I’ll admit that this isn’t the best for first dates but this is cool for “a quick bite to eat” I don’t work here or have ever but my friends have told me that working here is really fun.
