“This is an aggregate review after three visits. Service is not very attentive. It is slow and leaves you feeling like you're bothering them by being there and making them work. Harsh assessment, yes. The food does arrive quickly after ordering, so the folks in the kitchen are on top of things. The food is "okay" for the price. If you're a drinker, there is a wide variety of craft beers and cocktails to choose from. Is this going to be my "go to" place to celebrate collegial milestones...yeah, probably not. They had me at pizza, they lost me at service.”

“I went to pick up my bagels this morning after ordering them last night. Much to my disappointment the order was never relayed and y bagels weren’t made. Rather than apologize and send me on my way, the manager apologized, told me he’d bake them fresh, and personally deliver them. He did so within 90 minutes and did so at no charge! This is exactly the kind of service that keeps this customer ordering again and again.”

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the meat isn’t Very flavorful. I’ve been eating at jimmy johns because it’s next to my work, and goodcents is pretty bland after having ate that lately. I understand you have to use whatever meat corporate tells you to, but start using a more flavorful meat, and it would be 5 stars.”

“Smoothies and juices!!!!! I love this place. I use to drive all the way to independence, and was so excited that they moved to Lees Summit. They offer fresh juices, REAL smoothies, supplements and so much more. They have juice cleanse that you call and they prepare for you. I got the detox juice and the Love smoothie for my kid. It was so good. They had protein balls in the refrigerator that I am going to try next time. Good for you and delicious!!!!”

“The Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp are My Favorite! I eat it once a week. Love The Food and Atmosphere. I usually door dash but the only downside is sometimes things are missing and you can't order certain items you would normally ask for, if eating inside; like extras or condiments (ex: their honey mustard is Delicious and Great with Fries..) However, I still give Applebees an A+ ! They are really good responding back when you have a problem with your order.”

“I've gone here multiple times, usually too play pool and darts with my dad. The chicken is great, I've noticed that 90% of the bad reviews regard servers having problems. Our server forgot to get a side of ranch and could have been a tad bit faster but it was a great experience. Just went today and got some really good food and enjoyed my time. I'm looking forward to the next time I come here!”
