“The food is generally pretty good here, but it is also a bit on the pricey side for local pizza. The service on this particular night was poor. We were seated and ignored for several minutes while the one waitress assigned to our area was seated three times . It was trivia night so the other side of the restaurant seemed to be getting the service attention. I am not a fan of their 'chicago style" pizza. I have eaten at several Chicago establishments and this is not it. It's not a place to avoid, and their traditional pizza is quite good, I just wish the service was that much better or the price was that much lower. Need one to make up for the other...”

He did everything he could to help me figure out what was going on, even though it is still a process that I have to go through, his customer service skills definitely are amazing. “Great tasting pizza. Bread sticks were hard on bottom, had to remove the top from the bottom to eat, also the cinnamon sticks. Pasta was dry and hard around the edges and bottom. I was a Pizza Hut manager 4 times from 1977 - 1986 in different states. We have eaten at this location many times in the last 6 years. Never had this happen before.”

“I love this location & staff is always great. But their clothes are always dirty & they go back & fourth from register to food without washing hands. Additionally, this location is a contributor to St. Jude's & I love & respect them for it. But their is nothing notable to this fact or even a box to drop your change in. If they would make these 2 changes, not only would I give them 5 stars, but they could/would help out at Jude's so much more then the occasional collection.”

“We had a wonder T-bone and sirloin steak dinner. Both were cooked perfectly and great flavor. Megan was the best server we have had in a very long time. “My client goes everyday to play the same game, he's only there for about 30 minutes if that. They were doing a discount for him since he only stays for 30 minutes instead of the hour, now because corporate hasn't gotten back to the manager they're no longer giving him the half off for the power hour play. I know it's not the managers fault but seriously you could try harder.”

“Best sandwiches in the entire world. We're from St Louis and only get the chance to grab them on the way to Oklahoma. We stop here every time on the way there and back. A little hard to find tucked behind a giant truck stop but I'd go the extra mile for these sandwiches! Wish you could find them everywhere again!”
