I mean, not even the usual Tex-mex style of Mexican but more like a Midwestern idea of Mexican dishes created by someone who never tasted authentic Mexican cuisine. The restaurant was clean, employees were kind, and food was plentiful and filling but if you want the usual American version or authentic Mexican cuisine, you'd find better choices elsewhere.”

“My husband and I have been frequenting this establishment for several year now, and every time we dine there the food is amazing! This is the best place in the area for fresh properly cooked & seasoned steak and sea food, at a reasonable price. The side's (starches & vegetables) are always different and gourmet. Their wines are amazing, we usually can not find a place where there are several dry red & white wines that we can enjoy, but not this place! We could easily choose a case of different wines there to purchase and have done so, that is why we became wine club members! The family is always present and accommodating. If you call ahead about a special evening they can assist you with what your looking for. The place is always clean and fresh, landscaping is beautiful, plenty of seating and open ground area outside, inside is fabulous and temperature is always great when it too hot outside and the fireplace inside during winter is very war and inviting and romantic. This would be a great venue for a birthday / anniv / date night dinner, great for a business lunch / dinner, bridal / bachelor / bachelorette party. Well worth the drive if your a ways away, great place to frequent if its in your back yard!”

They have a delicious peach tea, and leave a cold pitcher of water at the table. Their portions were generous, and so delicious. “I have been terribly disappointed with KFC for a long time! HOWEVER I stopped at the new one in FESTUS tonight and was pleasantly surprised, the customer service was great we were greeted happily, ordered our food, it came out hot and fresh, it tasted great, they forgot our biscuits, but when we went up and mentioned it they quickly filled the order and even took the extra step and gave us a couple of extra cookies for the inconvenience, the employee even dropped one just on the counter and apologized and gave a different one. It was very pleasant to be satisfied with our experience at KFC! I highly recommend it. The only reason it did not get 5 stars was because I was hoping for a buffet.”

“St. Louis Bread company is always an excellent place to eat! My salad was delicious and made exactly as I ordered but my soup (broccoli cheddar) was way too thick and not very hot!) Normally I would have asked them to reheat but I just took it home with me. That has never been my experience with any of your soups before. It was on a Thursday at about 5:45 PM and they were not very busy. That's why 4 stars vs 5. Everybody was very polite, friendly and professional! I love my Panera and will most definitely be back.”

“First of all, I do not want to bash the service because our waiter was very nice and also did his best to make our dinner pleasant. The 3-star rating is because the food was just so-so. We both ordered ribs with different sauces. The sauces were good but something just seemed "off" about the ribs in the flavor. The coleslaw I ordered seemed to have a different taste than normally eaten at other restaurants. The best thing on our plates was the loaded baked potato. Also, my overall impression of the entire restaurant is that they need to close up shop for a few days and have the entire place professionally cleaned. Floors and tables seemed dirty and sticky and just an odor that doesn't convey a clean smell. Sadly, we probably won't go back.”

“Had it delivered and even though I am not far away I still could not believe how fast they got here! I ordered roast beef and turkey with lettus, tomatoes and mayo and it was delicious! Only thing I wish is that they had hot subs but I won't penalize them for not having them. The sandwiches are worth the price so they are reasonably priced. I recommend to anyone wanting fresh sub sandwich delivered extremely fast. Keep up the good work.”
