“Updated review: After numerous bad experiences with this store, I think they may have gotten their act together. I finally got Casey's corporate to respond. New manager for the Belle Casey's called & said they would address the problems. I'm upgrading my review from 1 star to 3, on a " let's wait & see" basis. So far so good. All of the issues here were with ordering pizza. Apparently I'm on a long list of those complaining. From refusing to answer the phone. Leaving the phone off the hook when there is a ballgame or other busy times, to not honoring pick up times & more. Sometimes they just said..." We didn't make your pizza!!! No call. No notice. Nothing. Anyway, the new manager seems to have gotten this under control. I suggest using the Casey's App if you want to order food. All other services here are usually fine. Employees are mentally challenged or just ignorant & rude. If you order pizza here,,,,,good luck. I hope you don't mind waiting an extra 45 minutes to an hour later than they tell you your carry out will be ready. A favorite trick they have here is to leave the phone off the hook so you can't order. If you try to use the Casey's App to order, they will tell you when you arrive they didn't make your Pizza for all kinds of reasons. When asked why they don't call back or email they treat you rudely & throw your receipt in the trash. I've contacted Casey's Corporate many times and they ignore all complaints about this store. IT IS ONLY THIS CASEY'S STORE IN BELLE MISSOURI. All other Casey's I've dealt with have been professional and a pleasure to deal with. There is a Subway store across the street. I recommend you go there and avoid this store.”

“Great place to eat. Owner. Wait staff, and cooks, are really awesome. Brought in a group of 21, gave them short notice of us coming. Greated with friendly reception. Everyone enjoyed there food. Really amazing job done, considering that we had such a large group. So grateful for all of the staff, for making such a good experience for our group. You can for sure count on my return again!! I had the catfish dinner, and it was great! Got the 2 piece, and had a very happy full tummy. Beer batter fries are good too.”

“Great small town family restaurant. Generous portions and menu with lots of comfort food staples to choose from. Prices are mid range. Staff is very nice and attentive. Food comes quickly and correctly. A cozy place right off the highway to sit and visit while you have a delicious meal. If you're local enough or know you'll be going by they'll also prepare carryout orders. They have a gravel parking lot, but it's small enough won't get your vehicle all dusty.”

“The Food here is awesome! The service is very personal and they care about you and your families dining needs. I love their appetiser sampler platter it is a meal unto itself. The only reason it doesn't get a full five is that the pricing is a little higher than I was expecting for a small town eatery. I will still eat here when I go to Belle Missouri.”

“I have eaten here several times. Very good Mexican food. A really large variety on the menu. The portions are really generous. I usually like a Corona with my Mexican meals & they serve it nice & cold. I noticed they have Dos Equis & a few domestic beers. I saw another reviewer mentioned their Margaritas. The menu prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the really large portion sizes. The staff are friendly & frequently check to make sure you have everything you need. I would definitely recommend El Charro for lunch or dinner.”
