“The food is quite good and you get a decent amount for your price. The main problem with this restaurant is how understaffed it is. While it is a family business they could really benefit from more staff. The service is quite slow due to the lack of proper staff and it could take close to 35-40 minutes just for one-two things. Even with this said the staff is quite kind and they're very patient with you. I also enjoy how polite they are over the phone. Some restaurants can come off as rude when on the phone so it's nice to have a change.”

“We went to the flame today for lunch my husband and I, and it was quite delicious and delightful! I noticed the addition of a new waitress I had never met and she was very pleasant and diligent about her job. The food was great with the exception of actual real mashed potatoes which you can't hardly find anywhere they're always flakes. But the breading on the chicken was light and crispy and perfect and I appreciated her mentioning the extra amount of time it would take to Fresh fry the chicken which was no problem for me. Their iced tea was absolutely delicious! And we had shakes for dessert so I'm really ready for a nap right now but I want everyone to know how enjoyable it was and having someone Pleasant and smiling is always nice whenever you're giving of your hard-earned money.”
