“This little hole in the wall is a pleasantly surprising addition to the downtown Rolla experience. Affordable pricing with totally unpretentious atmosphere is comfortable and roomy while felling simultaneously quaint. I seldom mention things like furniture in my reviews, but they have nice padded chairs that where cozy and sturdy. A pleasant contrast to the cheap wire lawn furniture on the patio of my last dining experience (Not here). The food was delicious and solid meeting all my expectations. A solid recommendation.”

“Mandarin Garden is a good place to eat if your looking for a quick buffet style establishment. The servers are pretty friendly and are good at what they do. The only downfall is that sometimes it feels like they are trying to rush you out the door. However, they have a wide selection on their buffet, so your bound to find what you like.”

“St. Louis-style pizza is a unique experience, and is worth a try if you've never had it before. Dine in on a Monday after 4:00 pm for half price pizzas. Our favorite is an extra large plain cheese pizza, and we recommend you start there. The sauce/cheese is different enough to enjoy on its own, and you may or may not find that toppings enhance the experience.”

“The food was excellent ???? and brought to us very quickly. We were promptly seated and our orders were taken. My wife and I got the brunch burger and it was perfection at it's finest. The burger was cooked just as we asked. The bacon was crispy but not too much. It was a fantastic experience. Our child got a kids cheeseburger meal which she loved. The wait staff was super friendly and took care of us by making sure our drinks were full and we had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Got a $10 Tuesday's deal here the other week and the employees were absolutely wonderful! I asked about a new item - the S'mores Bar - and they were not pushy at all. They explained it was a replacement for the s'mores dessert pizza and, in their opinion, was even better than the previous pizza AND better than the cinnamon wheel. Anyone who has eaten here before can confirm this is a bold claim, as the cinnamon wheel is top-notch cuisine, but I was intrigued. In the end, they actually advised me not to purchase the bar as it would be too much for a single person to eat, and I appreciated their candor tremendously! I always get the thin crust Chicken Mediterranian pizza and would highly recommend it, along with the wonderful staff at this location!”

“The food is very good and the location is fun. However, service is not consistent. The first time I was there, service was reasonably fast especially considering I was with a group of around a dozen people, and that was fantastic, but the more recent time I was with a group of four people and it took over an hour for us to get our food. They warned us when we were sitting down that it would take 30 minutes, which was fine, but it took over twice that and I ended up being late to my class. Several staff members were also making excuses for the delay, like that there was a larger family and the orders for the kids in that family were difficult, which doesn't make much sense to me. Most kids orders will be fairly easy, like a plain cheeseburger or chicken strips. They gave us a bit of a discount to make up for the slower service, which was appreciated, but I value being on time to my classes much more. Also, it would be awesome if smoking wasn't allowed, at least during the day. I do plan on coming back and possibly updating my review depending on how service is then.”

“It was pretty good. My first visit was better with a properly cooked sirloin but on my second visit my medium steak was ultra well done and inedible. The remake was changed to medium rare and came out mostly well done with just a hint of pink. Might need to work on proper steak cooking technique. As for the rest it was quite good (especially the pot roast!) including the desserts. Service was excellent. I will try it again but hesitate to order a steak again.”

“Good was pretty good but for a BBQ place to be out of pork BBQ and ribs is just wrong. We wanted ribs so badly and weren't informed by the hostess so we had already sat and ordered drinks or we would have went somewhere else. The food we ordered was good but goodness have Ribs and Pork when you are a Barbecue Restaurant. Also several employees at the restaurant but actually only a couple working. Our server was very friendly and he was attentive.”
