The DoorDash order took just north of an hour to deliver and I got a little frustrated at the wait but when I started eating the food I ordered my mood changed! “The best kept secret in St. Ann. Lived in the neighborhood for 35+ years. No idea it was there. Service was excellent and friendly. Food was fresh and delicious ???? I had to get pastries after. “I went there with my friends on a double date and it was awesome we did their all you can eat though it is a little pricey I definitely would say it was authentic but delicious. I think that I got my money's worth out of it by a long shot. On the other hand if you are a heavy soda drinker I believe they charge by drink but i don't know for sure i just didn't ask and they never really asked me if i wanted another drink just asked about the food. I hope that if you go you can figure that part out for me. I had a great experience and will definitely go back.”

“I want to make it clear that this was the St Ann location in Saint Louis. This is/was a Monday about 3 pm.. 8/12/19 They had me pull around to wait for my meal. I was in a hurry (not to mention a little crabby on an empty stomach).. I waited a few minutes and went inside and somewhat rushed them along. They kept a great attitude the entire experience, got me my meal ASAP. Lady yelled " Get me that Spicy Chicken" and boom! There it was hot and fresh! Their great attitudes were what sold it. On top of all that, whoever made the sandwich.. Killed it. Best sandwich ive had from a fast food joint in a long time! Straight up. Good job St Ann team”

“Best Mexican food in the city! Weren't very busy but service was way too slow. Refills were hard to come by and had to ask the servers for more water and margaritas. Still the food was excellent. We had fajita nachos and the Macho Sampler plate. Even the rice and beans were great. Will be back again. Also if you want a margarita this is the place. Wasn't overpowered by sweet n sour. “Visited this place for the 1st time finally after going there 3 or 4 times & the place not being open??( None of the days were on Monday). The lady that served us was very pleasant & friendly, I believe her name was Ms. Mary Ann??. I ordered a Pork Steak w/ Baked Beans & Potato Salad. Both of the sides were eatable, but taste like they were store bought from a can??. The Potato Salad had no onions, celery, or egg in it, it was basically potatoes & a dressing. The so called Baked Beans were not Baked Beans at all, they were just canned Pork & Beans, no brown sugar or molasses or honey or bacon or onions in them. The Pork Steak was a lil' overcooked, but it was not dry. The sauce was verygood, but needed more for the amount of meat that I had. Overall it was not a bad experience, some areas could improve, but I noticed that they had a liquor license that expires 6/30/2019 & their business license expires 12/30/2019. The building has a reasonable amount of room for business, but I feel they focus more on their Food Truck business than they do their actual building business??, they must make a compromise or just focus on 1 or the other, because it makes no sense to have a building & ur rarely open for business for customers!!!..They may do verygood Food Truck business, but they are losing building business which could've become Food Truck business, etc...”

“UPDATED- SEE BELOW 9/1/19 **Previously rated 2 stars** I love the taste of the food and the atmosphere, but the wait times are always incorrect and always double (today triple) what I am told. Today it took 45 minutes to receive an order I was told would be ready in 15. I made the server aware of this and of all the other times where it is always double what they say it will be. I was told "there is only one guy in the kitchen, your order was the first called in but he got backed up with other things" (as i watched two people who came in after me get their order immediately) "I'll try to be more accurate next time," no incentive offered any of the times this has happened even when I make them aware of my disappointment, I am a regular and bring my family in sometimes but you may have just lost a loyal customer. It has never happened anywhere else where all I get for being extremely inconvenienced is a shrug/apology and a "try to be better". I really love this place, this entire situation really sucks. I can handle the prices of the food if it is at least somewhat on time or if it is extremely not on time I am offered some type of incentive to keep coming. I am expectant of it being extremely not on time now, but am afraid if I dont show up on time they will just make everyone elses food and I will end up waiting the same amount of time anyway. I would love for the owner to reach out to me and figure out what can be done about this situation. **UPDATED 9/1/19** 4 stars The issues that have occurred have been dealt with in a very respectful and professional manner which I greatly appreciate, and any issues that occur in the future I am confident that I can address them with them and it be made right for me.
