    Good food and really great service. I tried a different meal and found it very tasty. Grilled chicken sandwich. I highly recommend it.

    Several of the Steak n Shake locations took a turn for the worse over the last few years. No problems here. Restaurant was clean and well-lit. Food was good and served quickly. Service was excellent - fast, friendly and attentive. Great experience.

    I guess closing so many stores has helped the quality to increase. I recently visited the Gravois Bluffs location and was happy with my meal and service. The cleanliness of the store still leaves a bit to be desired - dirty floors & tables abound - but overall my experience was great.
