“It is VERY casual and absolutely nothing Cajun about it. Food comes served in a plastic steam bag which is unceremoniously dumped on the table. No plates. No utensils. A pair of thin plastic gloves so you can eat with your hands. We ordered the 3 pound shrimp special in the mildest sauce possible. Our server was right. It was BLAND! We also order the fried shrimp and french fry appetizer. The fried shrimp were hot and delicious. French fries were thin and perfectly cooked. There was a steady stream of customers so maybe this level of casual isn't my thing.”

“This place is awesome. Love the sandwiches. Big shout out to Derek. He is their best employee hands down. The only thing more important to him than working hard is customer service. If you ever get a delivery from Derek, you should tip him extra, because he is the best delivery driver in the state of Missouri. When you go to this Jimmy John's and see Derek in the store, you should leave, go home or somewhere close and order a delivery so you can know what it is like to have Derek come to your door. He is the definition of freaky fast and he encompasses the embodiment of Jimmy John himself.”
