“We visited the Starbucks in St Louis at 4319 Butler Hill Rd, St Louis MO, near Hwy 55. We ended up spilling almost an entire large cappuccino in our vehicle. Totally our fault. It was a sticky mess!! We went to ask for napkins and instead they gave us wet and dry wash clothes to use. When we returned the wash clothes, they had prepared a replacement cappuccino at no charge! “I work at the mall and mobile order a drink here before every shift. It always tastes great, and the staff is friendly. I can’t speak for how well they do with in person orders, since I haven’t done any in a while, but that being said, I highly recommend using the Starbucks mobile app. It’s very easy to use and very well implemented at the restaurant. Just order your drink 5-10 minutes before you get to the kiosk (depending on how busy the mall is), grab the drink, and skip the 15 minute wait.”

“This is the only starbucks close to my house so I go here multiple times a week. I put 3 stars just because the people who work the morning shift are some of the best people; they are so friendly, good at their job, and they know my mom and I pretty well (as well as our order). That being said, I definitely prefer going in the mornings because whenever I go in the afternoons or nights it's a completely different experience. The people who work at the later shifts are rather mean, seem openly annoyed every time, & there hasn't been a single time where they've got my drink right first try (mind you that I've been going here for years). I have always had a hard time speaking up for myself whenever my order's wrong at any food place, and it's clear that they take advantage of that as much as they can. They had me pay $9 for my $4 drink once because I was in a rush and not paying attention to the price that much but realized after the fact. I can tell you that the reviews on this location are very much true to what its actually like, I don't know why they have such a hard time making drinks right, especially because my drink is literally one ingredient, and they get extremely upset and visibly annoyed whenever I ask them to remake a drink that I'm paying for. I think it's important to say that I use to work at starbucks, & it was my very first job so I know what it's like to deal with difficult customers in a high-stress environment and maybe that's why it's always so hard for me to correct them because the last thing I want to do is make their job harder. But it's gotten to a point where I just wish I could go and get my drink made correctly because getting a drink is the only thing I can do during this pandemic so it's really the only place I go.”

The little vans serve 90% of Big Bend from 270 to Hanna Road. And here is a plus for if you don't carry any credit cards. If you do carry a bus pass, that bus pass will pay for your ride in the van!”

“It may be one of the smaller Starbucks, but it’s the best one I go to regularly. Luckily for me I live very close to it and go there all the time (today actually). Despite not even going there “that often”, staff knows me by name, knows my favorite drink, and has given me tons of drink suggestions (which I re-tried one today actually). They get it right the first time every time from my experience and I have honestly never returned a drink or had to have another one made 🤷♂️”
