Black Sheep Whiskey & Wine

This place shares a place with Mama's 2's Biscuits... Mama's 2's is the earlier lunch place, then Black Sheep opens in the evening (with a different food menu, and more drink options. Some of the drinks are the same as the Mama's 2's though).

I only dined during lunch hours (so Mama's 2's), but I wanted to upload some menu pictures as I didn't see any on here.... If the food/drinks is anything like mama's 2's, this place will be amazing! Definitely looking forward to updating this review. :)

When the line was too long at another place, and the next was shut down for a private event, we ended up at Black Sheep. Hadn't been there since it was Three Monkeys, and the pics didn't look bad.

We were quickly greeted and taken to a two top, and my partner requested a table with backs on the chairs. It seemed to take great effort to find a seat despite plenty of four tops being open. It was 6pm, and no line. Once seated, our server was prompt and attentive.

The fries Brussels sprouts were the highlight of our fare. The pot pie was ok, nothing to really write home about. The burger as also ok, but seemed as though the meat wasn't seasoned, and it was expected the gruyere and onions would provide the flavor.

Overall, not bad, not great but a pleasant enough experience.

Really enjoyed this restaurant. Suggest reserving a high top as opposed to the tables as that room has a lot more charm. Excellent food and extremely reasonable prices. Try the spring vegetable pasta or the trout. Good cocktail selection in addition to the whiskey (which you can get in varying pour sizes) and wine.

Everything was amazing! The food was delicious and the service was great. I couldn’t believe the price as well…. 3 people had an appetizer an entree and we split a dessert for under $100. This place is a must go!!

Wonderful new restaurant in Morgan Ford!! Several great food and drink options. Highly recommend the Bloody Mary deviled eggs, sweet & spicy chicken sandwich, pulled pork sandwich and the fungi flatbread. Great service, atmosphere and food/drinks!! You need to go
