We were greeted well. Our 7 year old got a personal welcome from the manager with a coloring page. Most of the food was tasty. One of our our most expensive dishes, however, ($42 sword fish) was absolutely tasteless and dry. A regular diner fish and tastier and softer than what we received for their "daily special". We told the waiter about the fish not meeting our expectations. He asked for details which we provided but nothing was done to offset our negative experience. Not even an apology. Their steak was indeed superb but the fish experience quite disappointing.
A very enjoyable place. The food was the best I've had in a while and the staff was just as good.
Me and the wife have a newborn and they were very accommodating when my wife had to feed.
We don't eat out at up scale places very often but we'll definitely be giving them another visit sometime.
Well, the place is pricey, be ready to paid. But in their behalf I will say that the meet is awesome, the service is super, my steak was cook perfect according to me and the taste magnificent. We were a group of six and we all ended full and happy. By the way try the nachos!!!!
Just OK. Glad we had a gift card. The sides were all fine but the cook on my steak was inconsistent with one side rare and the other side medium. Maybe I was meant to only eat the middle? Also under-seasoned and needed a harder sear. At least our server was absolutely wonderful!
The food at Carmine's was so good that I visited twice during my short stay. The steak are cooked to perfection, the twice baked potato was amazing, and the spinach casserole is fantastic. I recommend only getting one side. The portions are huge. Our server, Nicole was charming and dynamic. She took care of our needs and was simply fun. The Manager was great too. On my second visit, he talked to us about the upkeep of incredibly beautiful blown glass chandelier. I've repeat that story a bunch of times. Great place & great people.
