No one can argue that the food is great but the pricing is a bit outrageous for what you are getting. I have eaten at almost all of the tasting menu restaurants in STL and I will say for the price this falls very short of all of the others. You will end up paying almost twice the amount of others and I believe they are better. Service here is the best by far but that doesn't make it $150 better for the combination of food and drink.

A very special lady and I had our first date here on Valentine's Day. We had the tasting menu and the premium wine pairing. The food and service was amazing. We both really enjoyed ourselves.

What a wonderful evening my wife and I had here . The service is top notch yet at the same time not in your way .
The only disappointment is in the cheese course . The cheese was fabulous for sure but really small portion . I wouldnt order the cheese course again .
This is a 4 course meal where you pick an option from every level . My wife and I ordered one of each so we could it all and I'm glad we did . Everything we had was really really good .
I personally cant decide between the oil cured salmon with buckwheat and cucumber something or the lamb neck with squid ink and whipped feta for my course of the evening .
The waygu course was good but not sure it's a plus 35 dollars good .
This restaurant lives up to the hype for sure . Service and food are both top notch

Everything we had is sophisticated, cook perfectly and is creative as well.

I like the restaurants use special ingredients that we can’t find in the stores.
The appetizer with pickle berry and green almond was very special, the taste is so refreshing. It is a wonderful summer dish.

Elaia is definitely a must-try restaurant in St.Louis!

Treated ourselves and made reservations here! Absolutely worth the experience and made me appreciate culinary art and fine dining, which I do not often have the opportunity to do. Delicious courses and we were well taken care of!
