    Very nice people, fun hybrid of the southwest and the south. Added their salsa to the brisket, as done in Santa Maria with tri-tip, it was awesome!

    I am in love with Spare no rib, and because of this, I am willing to overlook a few flaws. Service ranges from spotty to stellar, and they are frequently out of various meats - but they serve great tacos and drinks, and, well. I love them. If you're feeling indulgent, follow the advice of a former bartender - order the chicken chorizo melt sandwich sans bun over fries.

    The tacos and BBQ were delicious. We also enjoyed the Mac n cheese. The drinks were delightful and cheap!! The service was great and the atmosphere is modern yet homey and inviting. We will definitely go back!
