Great atmosphere and service. Unfortunately, food is far overpriced and average at best.
Crab cakes were tasty, but small and soggy. Ordered a side of mushroom risotto, which was absolute mush. Someone needs to let them know that risotto doesn't hold.
Butter cake was delicious, but tiny portion for $12. Chocolate layer cake, on the other hand, was large, but at least one layer (mousse or cake, was nearly tasteless.
This place is not only a restaurant, it's a fun and delightful place to explore after eating. Beautifully artistic, earthy elements, and Native American motif. (Check out the wine cellar in the basement!) Reservations are HIGHLY recommended as it fills up fast. We came at lunch and sat in the glass room with a great view. Yes, it is pricey, and you have to pay to enter, but they give a voucher for half the entrance fee towards our meal. Our waitress was wonderful, the food, uniquely delicious, and for a celebration of any occasion, including date time just because, we highly recommend coming here. ?
I was skeptical due to the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by great quality food. They have a smaller menu, which I appreciate, and it's done right. Fresh mushrooms for the appetizer, fresh beet salad and perfectly cooked medium rare salmon to accompany the salad for my main. My husband had the lamb and it was perfectly cooked. The brussels sprouts could have been a dish on their own. So good. The ambiance and view we're spectacular. It rained heavily the entire time, but we didn't miss the details and quality of craftsmanship in every corner of the property. We will be back again.
Great dining experience! The food was some of the best I’ve had in the Branson area. Service was good too, and the atmosphere is simply amazing with lodge style decor and views of the golf course and the Ozarks. It is a bit pricey, so if that is an issue for you, I’d definitely recommend going for breakfast or lunch, rather than dinner. Highly recommend!
Very good service & food.
