I had hamburger and plenty of fries on plate , hamburger meat was good quality and good size. My friend loved the green beans not just open a can heat . “Recent remodeling has had a positive impact on the astetics of this location. However absolutely no improvement in customer service, order accuracy, or even the gratitude generally expressed by most businesses for choosing their business over others. Proper training and supervision to new hires is a part of the problem. But management is the biggest concern. When there is a problem brought to the managers attention, it is generally blown off and treated as the customer is the problem. And sometimes it is the customer, but order accuracy, and a simple Thank you for your business can go a long way.”
