“Me and the wife decided to try this new Italian restaurant after Valentine's. We both work in the food industry, and we always work on this kinds of holidays. I made our reservation at 7, got there little early and got sat right away. I didn't know the restaurant closes at 8 but we decided to give it a shot. The manager sat us at our table, and that's where it started. Our server Kegan ( Hope that's how you spell his name ) he was amazing. Very attentive and kind. He took his time to take care of us knowing they close an hour. He never try to rush our dinner. The food was amazing and delicious, worth your money. The manager, his name is ( Meryan, please forgive me for spelling it wrong ) anyway, he was very nice and generous, he got us some dessert and it was very delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely going back soon.. Thanks for the hospitality.”

“Baked whole chicken is a great way to entertain when you are having friends over. Most people love chicken and this dish is so very easy to do. A lot of folks have had dried out chicken before and they do not like it so they will be very impressed with this dish when it comes out of the oven. One of your concerns about this is that you want to make sure that your chicken is cooked all the way through. As humans we cannot eat our chicken rare - or even medium rare. when you take the chicken out of the oven, it the meat is pink, then it needs to be cooked more. A well cooked roasted bird will have some juicy tender meat and this will be fully cooked and crisp. This particular chicken might just be the best chicken and I'm giving it a 5 star I only eat chicken so I consider myself a expert. I'm of the darker skin as you have already guessed so if you are ever wanting chicken come to here it will not disappoint.”

“We popped in on the first night open to the public; 05/17. We were visiting from Dallas, so maybe we were the first tourists! Looked like all locals the first night. Great location, and venue. Everyone, both staff and patrons, were very friendly and cool. Greeted with a shot when we walked in! Had a DJ upstairs, and it was a great ambiance. We'll definitely make this a stop on the next trip up from TX! Go where the locals go!!”

“El Poblano is now by far one of the best in the area for food quality. The atmosphere isn’t fancy, but it’s more than acceptable. We’ve eaten here multiple times and had good results each time. The food is much more reasonable than in Branson and the quality is beyond those others. Paco makes a major difference here. We used to frequent another restaurant where he worked as the manager and it used to be phenomenal. The funny thing is we tried this on a whim after that place went downhill. We had no clue Paco was here until after eating here! My only comment is the salsa is not top notch. It’s typical run of the mill Mexican restaurant salsa, good but not top shelf.”

“Great service! Staff was great! Atmosphere was very casual and relaxed, they had a small putting green and corn hole plus pool table and shuffleboard and mini arcade basketball game.
