I had always heard good things about Honey Baked Ham, but I was sorely disappointed with the food. It certainly does not live up to its billing. I give it three stars only because the staff was so wonderful, friendly and helpful. I’ve stuck to what I know since. I’ll cook and avoid another disappointment.”

“I was at the McDonald's located just adjacent to Wal-Mart at Blue Ridge Crossing. The clerk who didn't have a visible name tag was very professional and personable. He did a great job of suggestive selling after informing me that the special I tried to order only pertained to the breakfast menu. Turns out the special he suggested was a favorite of mine. To top it off the fries were just coming up as I ordered. A great FRESH meal. The store manager, Ms Teresa Salinas needs to recognize the young man. I was there between 1:45 and 2pm on Tuesday March 10. The only thing I can mention about the young man is that he was Caucasian. Very good crew. I was there about 30 minutes and observed a very smooth flow in handling the business. As I was leaving I requested a bag to take my sandwich and a Hispanic clerk provided a sack and a professional and personable smile. Highly recommend this store. Keep up the good work, young people”

“At 12:40am I pulled through the drive through and it didn’t take very long there was a nice lady working the drive up and I noticed when I pulled out the double quarter pounder box it was hot. Then I grab the burger and wow it was Hot! It tasted good and I am shocked there is a McDonald’s that actually cooks the hamburger fresh. All the other McDonald’s i have been to in the last year have served me like warm to barely warm burgers even though they advertise it is cooked once you order which for every other McDonald’s that is a flat out lie. I will always stop here if I am headed by Thanks for a good meal and polite employees”

“Such a special place we are lucky enough to have on this side of town! The shop itself is beautiful, from the main eating area to the back room. I always get a original Big Breakfast with an English Muffin instead of a Biscuit and those fansy computers can't handle that. Employees are nice, the store is clean. “I go to this Panera very often, and I have been since about 2003. I find the staff to be super friendly (they know me on a first-name basis). The environment is perfect for a quiet start to your morning, or a relaxed lunch perhaps with colleagues or friends, or of course dinner or a semi-late night snack. The restaurant is always clean, as are the restrooms, and the outdoor seating is great. I've seen many friends here (sometimes by coincidence) and it's really a fresh environment for people of all ages. I'm a very picky eater, and Panera's selection and health choices cater to my tastes perfectly. I like a lot of their sandwiches and especially the pastries. I cannot remember a single occasion where they messed up my order, and it's always reasonably fast (they do get busy often but they are very efficient). I'll always be going to this Panera for a great meal. Huge thank you to the super friendly staff and the manager.”

“I had just come the hospital and had received the bad news l have oral cancer. I hadn't eaten in three days. I made a mistake on what I thought the price should have been. I was very upset and I was pretty rude to Vince one of the Managers. He apologized without a bit of sarcasm. I went and sat down and was trying to decide what I could eat. Vince came to my table and apologized again. He told me some of the deals they had going at the time. I apologized to him for my bad attitude and explained what was going on. He brought the food to my table and asked if I needed to talk. He sat down and gave me some excellent advice and made me feel better. Vince is an asset to your company. He would be an asset to any company. I left feeling like I used to when I visited McDonald's years ago. This man went above and beyond his job description to help a fellow human being out.
