Ebon Coffee Collective

Great local coffee shop. I'm not a coffee drink but they make several great teas. I love their hibiscus tea, its super tasty and very reasonably priced. The customer service here is top notch and the atmosphere is very upbeat. i love all the plants they have decorating the interior too. I would highly recommend this business!!

I don’t have enough good things to say about Ebon. I’m here frequently, and the staff is always so friendly and makes me feel welcome. The coffee is consistently good and definitely the best I’ve had in Billings. And I just love the atmosphere, it’s a great place to come and relax, to come study, or to meet up with a friend. I love chatting with the crew here! I’m not a regular by any means but I have drank my whole cappuccino while visiting with my barista while they are making it and we had such great topics of discussion we carried on long enough for me to finish their largest size cappuccino. I’ve only been here 2x and both different baristas and same result. Amazing!

We were WARMLY welcomed by the very bubbly barista! I ordered a turmeric ginger latte and it was a great choice on the overcast fall day. The atmosphere is simple but comfortable. This was a great start as we just rolled into Billings

Ebon is one of the best coffee shops in Billings. The owner, Lenny, is so kind and accommodating. Their coffee is truly top notch and the food is unique and creatively delicious. Always amazing service from their carefully selected barista crew. Definitely check it out!!
