Stella's Kitchen and Bakery is Stellar!
I stayed at the Best Western Plus Clocktower two separate nights while I was passing through Billings Logan Airport, inbound then heading out. Stella's Kitchen is a perfect example of a classic American diner. Getting to eat here as the complimentary breakfast from the hotel was a very enjoyable bonus and actually the main reason I would stay at the hotel again. Even though the complimentary menu is limited those options are still great. The eggs and bacon with toast were great and perfectly fried. I'm sure they are fried in real butter instead of oil which is always much superior in my opinion.

The breakfast that really stood out though was the French Toast. Instead of the normal stack of sandwich slices what was delivered was a giant block of a soft and sweet platted loaf that had to have been baked that morning before getting cut up and dipped in the egg to be fried. It was really excellent. With syrup it would be too sweet for me to have every day but I could easily devour it without any added sweetener. I'm actually looking forward to my next trip through Billings just for that French Toast.

Another good thing they have is a fresh orange juice squeezing machine that you or your kids can watch fill your glass if you decide to order the fresh squeeze option. It's just a semi unique thing that I haven't seen very often.
The coffee is ok but not great. Next time I will ask if they can make a strong pot for me. It was just a bit thin for me tho I find that pretty normal unless you are at a truck stop or somewhere in the North West along the I-5 corridor.

Stella's was also packed with locals which is another testament to how good they are.
I was served by Lori who was an absolute delight. She made me laugh several times and brought a smile to my face. She seems to be a person who evokes everyone's beloved grandma and treats everyone like family. She's a gem definitely!

Great restaurant. Definitely recommend stopping by for a good brunch. They serve everything from breakfast pancakes, french toasts, crepes, to giant cinnamon rolls the side of an adult human head. Among other breakfast favorites. If you're in the mood for a nice lunch, they have soup, salads, burgers, sandwiches, and wraps. I ordered the breakfast burrito and the white caramel cinnamon roll topped w/ chopped walnuts smothered in caramel sauce. My CA and fellow FA ordered the french toast breakfast, and the FO ordered the breakfast burrito and a plate of berry crepe. He was nice enough to let us try the cream cheese filling and berries. It was savory, not overly sweet and delicious. I look forward to many more visits here and trying out the rest of Stella's menu. After we were all ready to go into a food coma, both the CA Tyler and FO Cameron ordered a couple of sweet treats including the famous gigantic cinnamon roll that I have been told about for a year now. Until next time, Stella's. Can't wait to try the other menu items you offer.

The cinnamon roll reminded us of Grandma's rolls, in all the best ways. Everything was top notch, friendly greeting at the door and table. Amazing service and food. Don't miss out on this place.

Had complimentary breakfast here from the Clocktower Inn. Food was very good, as was the coffee, and the restaurant has a pleasant old fashion motif. In addition to the free breakfast I added a side of bacon and a large fresh squeezed orange juice. I have to say that $7.45 for a large OJ seems excessive, as according to my receipt my entire free breakfast was only $0.55 more than one glass of orange juice.

On a side note, please remember that "complimentary" meals do not include tips, and it's customary to tip based on the menu price of the meal. Stiffing your server on a "complimentary" meal is wrong.

The pork chicken fried steak and the sausage gravy was amazing as was everything on our table of 4! Loved every bite. Can’t wait to get home to try the loaf of their house made sourdough bread.
