“It is a small town family restaurant so the basic etiquette of "no bathrooms for nonpaying customers" is expected but they do have a sign. There is a gas station literally less than a block away... I just want to clear up that these people went above and beyond to make customers happy. They do take a while to prepare food but being one of the only places to eat in a 20mi radius can do that to you. Nonetheless the food was great and the people were so kind. -Nikki”

Today I had a frustrating experience at the big box station down the street and thankfully yes way was open. Like a breath of fresh air. So nice to have excellent customer service. “Staff come and go, as with all fast food places, but the owners have always been great people and they make sure their staff gets trained adequately to do their jobs well. Wait times are usually about average or shorter for food and the food itself is always prepared fresh and hot for you. The spices they use in their different dishes makes everything absolutely delicious. I've been coming here since the early 90's and have to say that I legitimately can't remember the last time they got my order wrong. The only downside is the same of most Taco John's and it's that the place itself is kinda small on the inside. Yet other than that it's clean, the food is enjoyable, the price is at or below what you'd expect to pay for what you get AND their app often offers great deals, too! However, I will say that for what's given, the prices aren't fantastic. They also similarly charge you for every little thing, including charging you extra to make you oles without any seasoning.”

“New management is hugely turning this place around - we started coming because they were the only celiac safe carry out in town (ask about their rigorous process) but we slowly left because every time some poor young kid at the register would be verbally abused (and replaced by a different poor young kid the next time). The staff now has become light hearted, hopeful about the present and their futures. It's become a place that I'd work or would be okay with my kids working when I have kids. It's a place I'm okay with giving my hard earned dollars to, because it feels good spending it there. Bravo to ownership for making necessary changes, much respect!”

Wife had a Phil Collins and she really enjoyed it along with a perfectly prepared salmon but sandwich. I had the bacon Swiss burger, grilled perfectly.”

“This place is awesome. I was only in Alliance for an evening, and the food, drink, and good company here all were fantastic. The cowboy burger is huge and juicy. If you are into pool they have 3 nice tables. The prices are incredibly cheap. Highly recommend this spot.”
