    Knocked down the 5 stars to 1 for service cuz the service tonight was terrible! The order was not correct and my wife had to go back and get it fixed. Young people with flippant tudes don't make good employees! Very disappointing!

    This Runza is operated by people who care about providing the best dining experience in fast food. Always clean, never had to search for a clean place to sit. What about the food? It's Runza! It's always good!

    Great location! Friendly and professional staff. Manager Robin is great .

    Pretty tasty. We're from Michigan, so have never tried Runza before. Different than a regular burger. The chili was very good too.

    Service was exceptional unfortunately when my fries got to me they were not hot or warm just cold and old. My friend said hers were warm and the food came out 5 minutes after order
