We stopped in for supper after a long day of driving. We had a great meal and drinks. Bailey was a fantastic attentive busy server. Our drinks came quick and were yummy. I had the steak salad which was cooked perfectly and huge. My husband 8 oz smoked prime rib it was cooked perfectly and tasted awesome. The bottomless sides were a plus.

I’ve eaten here a lot over the years and it continues to be one of my favorite restaurants. It’s clean, presentable, the food is great, and the staff is wonderful. My server today was Amy - 10/10 recommend having her as a server. 😃

If you’re traveling along highway 80 in Nebraska and want some good solid home cookin and or BBQ stop off at Skeeters. A well established bar and restaurant that seems to be run very well by a very nice group of young women. I had the pulled pork and my partner had the chicken fried steak. Just what the Dr. ordered after 800 miles of very straight roads and corn fields. And trains. And I can’t forget bottomless sides and really huge drinks.

Ok, BBQ. Brisket was a little dry, and the BBQ sauces made up for it. The hot BBQ was delicious, not too spicy but not too mild. Ribs were a little burnt and flavorful, but jerky like texture. Pulled pork was a little gummy/chewy. Sides were good: Mac and cheese, baked potatoes, BBQ beans, and fries. Our server was friendly and provided great service. She brought drinks and the appetizer in a timely fashion. Came to check on us a couple of times throughout the meal. Asked if we wanted boxes when we finished.
