You can’t go wrong walking into this place. From the meals, juices, snacks and freshly made shakes -this place does it all, AND with health and flavor in mind. Their KC chefs know how to whip up a bomb healthy meal. To top it off, Kim and her staff are amazing, so knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend.

I've been a fan of Evolve Paleo Chef since the start, but now that they've 'evolved' to offer nationwide shipping, I can Eat to Evolve no matter where I am! Since I travel pretty frequently for work, it was sometimes hard to stay on track or take my meals with me on the road. This new process is fast, simple and allows me to stay focused on my nutrition while on the go. These meals come delivered with frozen blocks to keep everything fresh. With the same delicious menu items to choose from, like brisket mac and cheese, pot roast, and spaghetti, it couldn't be easier to have nutritious meals throughout the week without being stuck in the kitchen or having to worry about what to do when traveling. I highly recommend Eat to Evolve!
