    They always make it right when someone messes. Don't give up on them, just let them know if you're not happy with your order.

    I LOVE Jimmy Johns. My go to sub store. However, I’m located 2.5miles from this store 3.1 from another. No store delivers to my house. It’s considered a “dead zone” Not sure why, but okay. My problem is they won’t do any doordash, grubhub, UberEats, my guess because they have their own delivery. So now, I’m forced to get my sub elsewhere. Stay at home mom, sleeping, babies, can’t just leave to get my Jimmy Johns. This pregnant/tired mom wants her Jimmy Johns! Please change your delivery radius or allow other services to pick up for delivery!
