    Margaritas were delicious, Chile con queso was delicious and chips were warm and fresh, boyfriend devoured his enchiladas and my tacos were super tasty. Not authentic by any means but flavors are fantastic.

    Went to Rojas recently for happy hour. Great food & even better service! Our server Austin was amazing. He was friendly & checked on us frequently, always making sure our drinks were full & that we were happy. One of the best servers I’ve had!

    They have the best chips anywhere! Thin & light...they are delicious. Also, we go there for their fresh, homemade tortillas.???? We like to eat the fresh tortillas with the guacamole! We do enjoy other items on the menu too. There are a lot of good entrees. The black, smashed beans are awesome too. We haven't had them anywhere else, so Roja's is a unique Tex-Mex place.

    Not sure how many ratings I have given this place but I am always pleased with the food and the service. Chips and salsa are the best in Omaha. How can you go wrong with $2.49 margaritas on Mondays??? Servers are friendly and Blake is one of the best. My favorite Mexican restaurant in Omaha!
