Carrabba's Italian Grill

Very good atmosphere, relaxing and not rushed.
Steak was cooked perfect. We had a new server, she opened her first bottle of wine for us, with supervision. You can tell the spend time training young staff well.
Manager was all over the place checking on tables and even helping bus tables.

Both of our meals potatoes were room temp,( I didn't tell our server) then a very cold breeze hit us every time the takeout door was opened.
Told manager about door, tried to suggest clear plastic cooler curtain strips, but he dismissed me with an excuse about corporate not liking their cardboard version,.

If he owned this facility I bet he would do better at making his customers comfortable, and try to implement their suggestions.
Food was good, but not great, service was very good.

have always had great service. the last time I was there it was exceptional. Happy hour is superb.

We went there for the first time. Food is amazing. Chicken and lamb were cooked perfectly. The taste was amazing. They serve you hot bread and oil first. Then you get your salad and then here comes your food. It is a little pricey here but it worth it. Hope you try and enjoy it as we did.
