    I stumbled across Erick's Enchiladas at the Aksarben Farmers Market and the samples were great so I bought two dozen of them. I got beef, chicken, and chicken verde (tortillas dipped in verde sauce). They are all excellent and have lots of meat! I would recommend these for any enchilada lover! ($52 for 24 which included tax, a little over $2 each)

    Bought enchiladas from the downtown farmers market. They are very good for frozen. the beef could be seasoned a little more. Can't speak for the restaurant,bu bi expect enchiladas to be frozen anymore just because of how long it takes to cook good ones
