I'm so happy to have this recent addition to my neighborhood. What I love about this place is it's simplicity. Family-owned, charming, no-nonsense. The menu choices are unique; not things you find at other Mexican restaurants. You have a choice of gorditas, burritos, or a plate. Then you choose your stuffing. I believe they have 9 choices, and they have a really cool poster with pics of each option. I always go for the gorditas. I love the picadillo verde, the queso and rajas, and the potato and egg. The prices are extremely reasonable and the dining area has a very comfortable, homey feel. They often have a couple beautiful desserts on hand as well. I tried the strawberry empanadas and they were SO DELICIOUS. The service is excellent, the family makes sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend.

Boutique Corner spot in Little Italy, much needed addition to the neighborhood.

Good spot for large construction crews to sit and have lunch.

Can't wait to see everyone who tries this spot out and become regulars.
