The pad thai here is amazing! I love the slightly chewy, less saturated rice noodles they tend to have as part of it.

The service is lacking just lately (Feb of 2020) very often... multiple servers coming to the table to get the order, the wrong items being dropped off, appetizers arriving as the meal does, drinks not getting refilled, to-go orders coming out late (after a 25 min wait) but I will say, they seem like they're trying hard... Maybe just not enough people, or a bad table management system in place? I don't know.

I'll keep going back, but I wish they'd iron out the issues.

Seriously the best Thai I've had in the Omaha area. Cooked perfectly, plenty of meat and vegetables, and great portion sizes. Super well priced too. The Spring Rolls were a super great appetizer, and the Pad See Ew was phenomenal. My dining companion had the Pad Thai with Chicken, which was also great. Definitely great heat coming from the dishes. We both had a 4, and that was plenty spicy. Definitely err on the lower end of the scale if you're not into spicy food. Definitely will be coming back!

They're authentic Thai food! I went to many Thai restaurants in Omaha but Mercy Thai had taste like original Thai food. The price are not expensive as other restaurants.

This was a fantastic Yelp find! A quaint little restaurant with limited seating. The spring roll appetizer is HUGE- most places make 4 small ones, but Mercy made a spring burrito and cut it into 4 pieces. I got the green curry (my favorite style) and we shared appetizers. The spice scale goes from 1-10, and we were warned by a couple of regulars how spicy it was, but I got the 10 and did fine. I probably normally eat way more spicy food, and love Thai food especially, so I was not swayed by their palates. Even my caucasian friend who doesn't eat spicy food got a 7/10 and he was fine. My only gripe is the amount of meat you get is on the low side... the giant spring roll had maybe 3 shrimp total in it, and my curry did not have much chicken at all. But it still tasted great and it probably keeps the cost reasonable. (The fried tofu appetizer comes with 5 pieces but we were really hungry so some went missing before the pic)
