The Grey Plume

Once we walked in, the hostess immediately offered to take our coats and then had us seated right away. I really liked the ambience with the darker lighting and candle lit tables. I think it was the hostess that informed us that the restaurant is also a part of some green initiative and is one if the greenest restaurants around.

Slightly upscale. Staff is great at what they do. Very nice atmosphere. Food is great with nice options for all. If you are looking for a nice evening meal this would be a good option.

Foodie heaven! I went here when I first moved to Omaha after my mom read an article about the best restaurants in Omaha. I sat at the bar and ordered from the menu and spent lots of time chatting the staff, who were equally enthusiastic about their menu, they made great recommendations and everything was delicious. Most of their stuff is pretty rich but flavor combinations are spectacular. It’s a bit pricey and so I reserve it for special occasions, but its such a treat - never leave disappointed! Especially for fellow epicurean enthusiasts - if you haven’t been here, you should treat yourself!

Went here for class, and everything from service to ambiance and the culinary experience was above and beyond. Thank you so much, so lucky we got to go before the pandemic! I hope you guys will be up and running safely again soon.

I have been coming to this outstanding restaurant for different events, personal, business, and family dinners - since it was inaugurated and it is ALWAYS great! I know the owner since he worked at the French Cafe in the Old Market and he hasn't change a bit. Always nice and friendly. The food is Fantastic, drinks are tasty and delicious and now I love coming for happy hour! I'll be there soon at Happy Hour time! Sincerely, someone who appreciates excellent quality of food!
