“Hometown cooking, Decent Sunday buffet! TL:DR Don't expect to be overwhelmed by the quality, but there are definitely some items worth visiting for! Be prepared to pay a bit extra on buffet days. Details: Heard about a newer restaurant in Burwell, and ended up here after church on Sunday for their Sunday buffet. It was crowded, and there isn't a lot of seating inside, but you could tell everyone was enjoying themselves and the food. A larger selection than I expected, and several items were delicious. They had a chicken tortilla soup that was excellent, if a bit short on chicken. A cheesy beef and potato casserole was outstanding, and their fried and baked chicken were both decent, though not award winning by any means. Dessert wasn't anything to write home about, although my daughter loved some kind of coconut and fruit concoction. Service was slow, but part of that was due to this being a newer business and they definitely had a large lunch rush while we were there. Overall, this is an okay option to add to the Burwell restaurant list, but don't set your expectations too high.”
