Great food. Worth leaving I-80 for a meal. There are a lot of hunting trophies hanging from the walls. The history of this place is worth a trip around the restaurant to see all the pics. We enjoy stopping here on our drive from Lincoln to Denver. The food is always delicious and the hunting trophies are remarkable!

What a great find. Total mom and pops type of place you want to find after being on a 10 day road trip to Vegas and back fron Boston. We enjoyed every bit of our food. My boneless ribeye was cooked perfectly with just enough seasoning. The big Ole Polar Bear is quite the site to see. If you find yourself on Rt 80 in Paxton, NE stop on in and enjoy some great home cooking.

Wonderful stop on our way home to Kentucky from Las Vegas. Our steaks and sides were delicious! Had the fried pickles for app, also fabulous. Hubby had the Ole Patty Melt, also excellent. Sam was our waitress and she has worked there for over 35 years! She was kind and attentive. The animal taxidermies were impressive! I have never seen such a collection!
A definite must see if near the area!

Interesting stop at this Big Game famous restaurant. The sirloin steak was delicious and our other food was great as well. Tons of stuffed animals to gaze at while you dine. Friendly staff and great service. Family owned/operated for 3 generations. Would recommend stopping if you're in the area (Paxton)
