    Fantastic out-of-the-way place. Small town dining. Diverse menu with lots of classics. We got the ribeye specials and the medium-rare was perfectly cooked! It's so worth the drive!!!

    Stop here for lunch and we were very surprised. We had the lunch special, it was two breaded pork chops and chess potatoes for $8.95. And it was very tasty, and obviously home made!

    Great little steakhouse in Hallam. Had the fried chicken, it was amazing. The waitress is high pressure sales on the pie & ice cream - but it was really good so I get it!

    One of my coworkers got the chicken fried steak sandwich... That looked a bit disappointing, especially since he asked for lettuce tomatoes etc and it was completely plain. I'm betting if you get it "furby" style (coated in gravy) it would have been much better.
