    Coming from Boston, Dunkin will always have a place in my heart, and we were happy to get them back in Lincoln recently. While consistency has improved just recently, this location consistently struggles in service and appears to lack management. Went in recently on a Sunday morning and were told the lobby was closed, had to go through drive-thru. So we go through the drive-thru, then take our donuts back inside---person at the counter said the manager just didn't want to staff the front register that day. We hope the continue to improve.
