Fazoli's

If you want incredible great food from a restaurant, I suggest that you choose Fazoli's Restaurant. Whether you dine in or go through the drive thru Fazoli's is the place for fast Italian Food.
Their menu has a wide variety of different things to choose from. From the Pasta bowls, to the Lasagna or Chicken Alfredo it's all great. But you really want to leave room for their hot fresh buttery garlic bread sticks. They are to die for!!! Also to top off your meal is their Lemon Italian Ice.
I can tell you that it'll leave your taste buds watering. So why not give Fazoli's Restaurant a try for dinner tonight.

I love Fazoli's. Our server, John, was really friendly and nice. The food was delicious. John really made us feel at home. In fact all the staff I've met have been extremely friendly, I really love the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to a friend and plan on continuing to visit this restaurant.

Let me start by saying the food was pretty great. Maybe a bit under Olive Garden quality for a lot less. My wife thought the fettuccine too salty, but I thought it was fine.

The reason this place lost a couple stars was because of the rudeness of the counter staff. I work retail, so I'm not usually one to complain about cashiers (I know how thankless and hectic it can be, especially during these times). However, upon entering, I said I was there to pick up an order, to which a worker harshly chirped "all the takeout orders are over there" and then pointed to a shelf where my order was sitting. No greeting, no civility towards my simple statement. "Oh okay, thanks" I said as I grabbed my food. Upon inspecting the drinks (which were not made fresh, but were sitting with the food - my italian ice was halfway melted at that point), I asked where I could find straws. Before I could even finish my question, she said "the straws are in the bag" in a way that insinuated I was daft for not immediately knowing that.

Again, I know that times are tough for restaurant staff, but I personally wouldn't even act this way towards rude customers, and I was nothing but friendly. The food was good, but the price would indicate a friendlier experience. My order happened to be correct, but they didn't even check it for accuracy (pic related).

Nate M did an amazing job! He was all over the place, taking orders, bussing tables, bringing out breadsticks, with a smile throughout! He was moving at a fast pace to take care of everyone. He is a shining star. ANY restaurant would be lucky to have Nate M!
Food was good, on what Fazolis is. Restaurant physical condition was average. Everything about this was a 3 star review. Nate made it a 5 star!
