    Ordered through the drive-thru and it took forever. I told them what I wanted but they still asked me at the window. Then they told me that the chicken I had ordered wasn't ready yet and to wait next to a trash can for a minute or so. They never brought my food out... I had to go inside to grab it so that I wasn't blocking anymore of the drive-thru line that I was already blocking. There I waited another five minutes... All in all, the service was slow and not very well organized. I always hesitate going back.

    Love the beans & rice. Gravy is actual gravy not just thickened grease like another famous chicken place's gravy. Only biscuits I like are from popeye's

    OMG it was slow at about 1pm today! No experienced in taking orders. Sandwich was great!

    Tried it in Denver, now I'm in Lincoln let's see what all the fuss about. And I'm starving so it should be great.. pray for my sandwich experience ??
