    Their fried tofu has some of the most amazing breading I've had in my life. V professional kitchen, glad to see more vegan options hitting Lincoln.

    Derrick is a creative vegan chef. Brings New Orleans food to middle America. I highly recommend getting some of the green peas on the side, he uses a special glaze to bring out the flavour just right. A chef to put on your radar. While you wait for food you can enjoy some of the art as well. Check it out!
