Pepe's Bistro

Pepe's has the absolute best vegetarian food in Lincoln. The flavors and colors are vibrant and rich. Every dish comes out beautifully plated and perfectly cooked. I love how the menu is small and always changing. Pepe always gives each dish his own unique twist with layers of flavor.
The restaurant has a friendly and cozy atmosphere with an adorable patio area in warm weather. Pepe does so much for our local community!!!! So thankful.
My personal favorite things to order are: avacado cheesecake, cucumber lemonade, and guacamole. I can't choose a favorite main dish- they are all AMAZING!!!!!

Holy buckets this place was an amazing find. Pepe's serves some of the best vegan food I've ever had. It's such a cute and cozy little shop tucked away in the neighborhood of 11th and B. The soups are bomb and I could drink the cucumber lemonade all day everyday. Truly one of Lincoln's little hidden treasures.

This place is amazing. Some of the BEST vegan options in Lincoln. He usually does delicious pop-ups around Lincoln, but he finally opened up his own spot. Even if you aren't vegan, I HIGHLY recommend you go and try Pepe's food. It really is worth your time. Such an awesome place.
