    The food was amazing!!! Easily the best ribs I have ever tasted. Definitely worth the stop!!!

    Everytime I go I enjoy the ribs, I always get the greens as well because I love them, I try to stay away from the macaroni and cheese because I feel like the flour and cheese mixture is to much and it gives me mad heartburn but they are family to me and the food is delicious. Five big stars

    Absolutely loved it. From ordering our food to eating it was a great experience. Great customer service and great food. You can’t go wrong with Mary Ellen’s. Thank you for making us a plate!
    P.S. The peach cobbler is to die for. I love it and would love to have some right now!

    Without question, the best food truck in Lincoln.

    Brisket: 9 out of 10
    Pulled pork: 8 out of 10
    Potato salad: 9 out of 10
    Mac n cheese: 7 out of 10
    BBQ beans: 9 out of 10
    BBQ sauce (kc style): 10 out of 10
    Corn bread: 7 out of 10
    Service: 10 out of 10

    I'm a certified KCBS judge so know what I'm talking about. Hunt this place down via their Facebook page and drive across town if you have to. Worth the trip.
